Concern
Concern is the core element of everything we do at the clinic. Our clients come to us in distress and worried about the wellbeing of their pets and we believe that warm welcoming and attentive listening boosts up the owner’s mood and trust in us. We do not consider rapid consultations at Pets Concern, but we take our time to understand the symptoms of the from the owners, to inquire about the pets’ diet and its environment, etc.
